I think this kind of sketch transcends racism because it is absurdist and as such juxtaposes things which just don't belong together for comic effect. This was a long time before PCs - as well as before PC. :) The image is of a Dalek trying to get home through throngs of commuters and exterminating them in frustration - something we can all identify with at times. :P

Mar 16, 2009 - Spike was a very ill man, he had Bipolar, which is a serious mental illnees (Manic Depression) He had at least 10 BIG breakdowns and God knows how many others, shell shock, can last a lifetime(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder nowadays) alot of the time, he was not responsible for his actions, and why he was sectioned and put into hospital regularly. I'm sure that if he was a violent w**ker, his family would not have paid tribute to him He died peacefully,(not violently)at 83 of liver disease.

There's a clearer recording of this on Youtube somewhere with this bit on. There's also one with the first frame, which says 'A Typical Mixed Marriage in Britain today'.
