I would agree that he had basing with the Marxist/Leninist teachings (including dialectic materialism). I, like many think that income limitation should be lowered to accomodate todays standard of living. Medicaid/Medicare is paid by any american earning wages or nonemployee compensation. it is not voluntary. That system is on the road of bankruptcy and needs significant overhaul.

You have no estimates of the NEM so I used the only figures which exist.
