Nov 22, 2009 - The evidence points to a beginning of physical laws. There was never 'nothing'. All energy/mass was focused on a singularity, a point where all energy was focused on an infinitely small point. Since it was impossible according to physical laws, when the fundamental forces began acting, naturally, it exploded. And string theory is a better explanation on this point.

But, as there is an infinite cause-effect chain in the structure of the universe, and since the universe as you can see yourself chose NOT to be chaotic, but STRUCTURED, i definetly think there is an intelligence behind AND a purpose. That purpose is, i think, endless evolution and i also think our life here is just a level on an infinite journey to evoluate

But before i want to tell you something Those physical laws presume some kind of predefined information which is used consistently "for" some purpose.I mean, it's laws we're talking about.And because of this predefined info used consistently i believe it has some kind of intelligence behind and purpose. Btw dude, there is actually research to find if consciousness is a property of matter.Pretty neat
