The Italians came as IMMIGRANTS in the 19th century. Besides, Argentina was largely uninhabited when the Spanish arrived. Most died of disease, hardly 'massacre'

Change of any sort affects some people negatively, but in this case these people would have been hurt eventually, along with the rest of the UK, regardless, and it didnt need to be as bad as it did.
