Oct 2, 2009 - I'm considering purchasing this book, but I would like to know if people writing positive comments have had success from this book and become rich? Has it actually worked? Please let me know, and be honest. Cheers.

BoddGuideChatty Says:

Oct 2, 2009 - Nothing works without application, so the choice to read and do nothing you will get informaion, make you wiser but no richer. Apply the information in a consitant and persistant manner and the riches are yours to count.

Oct 4, 2009 - Hi Nose~ I am a personal daily reader of the Original Think Grow Rich, and it has been an wonderful experience~ It's not a book you read through are done with; it's something that you study daily, take your time to take it all in, it has physical applications you need to do as well~ I am on a path of wealth this book is a great platform to those READY for it~ It is also a piece of a much greater puzzle, but it's a solid place to start~ Just my thoughts~ Ciao~ Isabel Marie 13 ~XoXoX~

Oct 6, 2009 - Just read the Law of Success by Napoleon Hill. That's all you need.

carlisthinking Says:

Oct 7, 2009 - the masters dear friends: napoleon hill, hester hicks and the great earl nightingale listen to any of them for at least an hour a day and you will see a week later, they will change your mindset and you will see and feel the results and remember this keep it in your mind ( we become what we think about) and 50% is knowledge and 50% is action.

Hassus Says:

Oct 9, 2009 - I am missing some result videos on youtube as well. It would be an obvious way to promote the philosophy. Unfortunately, this might be because none or only a very small group of people that promote this philosophy in here have succeeded in great ways because of it. It would be nice to see someone show off his/her mansion as a testament to the usefulness of this philophy.

Hassus Says:

Oct 9, 2009 - For now, what I have achieved with this book, man and philosophy as inspiration, has been small in scope for some people perhaps, but in my mind they are some of the greatest things I've achieved in life. First of all I let it push me to become more independent(which is really priceless). Second of all after reading the book intensely and focusing on what kind of appartment I wanted for me and my ex girlfriend, we found an unbelievable place with 2 floors, a garage, a garden..

Hassus Says:

Oct 9, 2009 - ..a well-kept area(an otherwise expensive place to live), 2-3 minutes from a beach, very big place and we could somehow afford it pretty easily. I remember KNOWING that this place was meant for us and eventhough we were turned down at first, I always knew this was it. Finally the landlord called and agreed to let us rent the place. This book helped me to get this sense of persistence will to act. Later on I partly used this philosophy to pave my way to an education, a university and not least..

Hassus Says:

Oct 9, 2009 - ..the greatest mentor I could wish for who I am overwhelmingly proud to call my friend now. I don't own a mansion right now or have $20.000.000 to show you, but when I do, I will be glad to show the doubtful that this is a real and working philosophy.

VivaciousVoom Says:

Oct 18, 2009 - Andrew Carnegie is an example. Real wealth isn't about how much a person can gain in terms of material possessions. Real wealth is about living a life of integrity, joy and service to the whole of mankind. It's about your eternal conciousness, deliberately focusing forth into the physical and creating the reality you desire. You're already doing this. If you don't like your results, take control of your mind, emotions and actions. You are Creator. Intention + Attention + Action = Results.

zhrob1 Says:

Oct 19, 2009 - I would like to see such philosophers try that magic on God! They ain't getting access to heaven with such illegal access to the heavenly spiritual realm. Scripture talks of men holding on to their own torch but God speaks of the fate of such work. A man may achieve much in this world but what good is it if he loses his own soul to hell? R

Oct 21, 2009 - I am interested to know the views of those that have read Napolian Hill and listened to Esther Hicks (Abraham) I am on the 2nd chapter of the book, and have been listening to Abraham on UTube, but I am a bit confused, as they dont appear to be saying quite the same thing. They both seem to advocate the Law of Attraction, but Napolian Hill requires you to take action Esther Hicks Abraham seems to say we can just 'think' things into being. Anyone help??

VivaciousVoom Says:

Oct 23, 2009 - Abraham suggests -- unless you're in a state of being / state of mind that is congruent with your higher self or your expanded awareness, your goals and actions can still get there, but it will be much more diffcult than necessary, and your outcome will be mixed. So imagine it, FEEL it, talk about it and act as it is already done. Then take action in that state of being and always focus on the greatest good for all. Be consistently in this state and stop taking score of current circumstances.

handbagsatdusk Says:

Oct 23, 2009 - Thank you for your response, something for me to think about over the weekend:)

VivaciousVoom Says:

Oct 23, 2009 - Thoughts and the emotions they envoke are actions. Abraham is suggesting to come into awareness of who you really are. Which in turn inspires your thoughts, which in turn inspires your emotions, which in turn inspires your action OR inaction, which in turn draws to you that which you are. Current conditions are a reflection of beingness. You can BE new at any time and still BE in old circumstances. Continue to BE new and the old will fall away, don't focus on the old or you will BE there.
