Sep 3, 2008 - WRONG!!!!! joey had a hell of a coke habit so did marky and dee dee. all three had alcahol problems, along with dee dee's dope problem. yes the ramones had a cleaner image but they weren't no fucking angels. the good thing is they got over them...... well i dunno about dee dee in the end, but mark and joey definately got over their problems

Its a pretty well known fact that Marky was a huge drunk and that Joey also had a drinking problem. I think for the most part johnny was pretty clean but who the hell really knows. no matter what, the ramones are great, and dee dee was a great bassist and songwriter, i do not look down on drug addicts, it doesnt make them bad people.

Jan 30, 2009 - Marky got kicked out and was replaced by ritchie ramone for about 5 years (clem burke or what ever his name is from blondie also played a gig as replacement but wasn't fast enough for the band so was scrapped. he played under the name elvis ramone)
