Aug 17, 2009 - @hkitchen ... i made it yest, and it was near perfect and bloody awesome!! :D used regular marshmallows around 100gms and cut it into very very small bits.....u may face a difficulty with them not melting.........oh and i used 300mls fresh cream and not double cream.....it would be toooo rich for my taste..... ahh and its okay for the marshmallow to be mushhy..it's coz of the storing conditions.... let me know how it goes!

Aug 28, 2009 - Hey. Just a tip. After you take the chocolate off the stove, dip the base into an ice bath. It cools down the chocolate mixture and thickens it. If it's too hot, it will melt the cream. As for making the cream thicken up, just keep beating it. But not till it turns into butter of course. You could use her tip from the white chocolate mousse recipe. Mix a bit of the cream into the cooled chocolate mix to lighten it up, then FOLD it in slowly to the rest of the whipped up double cream.
