Hooya2 Says:
Nov 29, 2008 - 0:22 Delicious red herring; we all know he means we're supposed to follow Jesus to the best of our abilities. 1:59 Lie; in context, Jesus goes from the specific commandment to a broader statement, clearly intending universality. In 19:24, he makes famous camel-in-a-needle statement TO THE DISCIPLES. Not to mention the fact that before that he was listing the Ten Commandments, in the same context--or do you think those aren't universal too?
Hooya2 Says:
Nov 29, 2008 - 2:11 The context supports GII's interpretation; Jesus argues that people who don't have the wherewithal to stick with him shouldn't come. Part of that dedication involves giving up your possessions. 2:24 Yes, GII was a little vague--you're supposed to sell what you have AND GIVE THE MONEY AWAY. 2:38 Thanks for not bothering to cite the verse. 2:58 Hah! You don't even attempt to make a coherent argument against Luke 12:33 3:42 An empty statement, which you don't even try to defend Biblically.
UstaskaOluja Says:
Dec 3, 2008 - if all christians are delusional and ignorant as GII states then how come GII adresses this question to "intelligent" christians?

Dec 9, 2008 - You did an excellent job in this video. Gllvideo = fail.
migkillertwo Says:
Dec 9, 2008 - Did he do an excellent Job? I'm not sure. does Gilvideo fail? abso-fucking-lutely LOL seriously aaron, read some books on apologetics. ask your parents to buy you Scaling the Secular city and the Jesus Legend (by Boyd and Eddy!) for Christmas BTW, God told Israel to deal with threats to them as a nation all throughout the history books of the OT.
SirTheistDRF Says:
Dec 9, 2008 - Yes he can use some reading on apologetics, but I think he answered gllvideo quite decently.
bulbulxp Says:

sushiyama1 Says:
Dec 18, 2008 - WOW!! at 4:30 you play a second of the clip then attempt to debunk it THEN u skip over the clip without showing us your statement is true, SAD LITTLE BOY.
Marduk379 Says:
Dec 28, 2008 - Everything depends on how you interpretate the Bible.
br3nn101 Says:
Dec 29, 2008 - NO the acts of loving your enemys does not exist in war. ALSO you are supposed to do all things under God. you cannot serve God and money. you are one or another. I am a christian and i pray for you all. Corinthians 3:18-19 says "Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness."
br3nn101 Says:
Dec 29, 2008 - i love this version of it thank you for showing the light to all unsaved
mathmexican4234 Says:
Jan 2, 2009 - Wouldn't it have been easier if god left the world with one language with each word having only one meaning so his holy word would not be misinterpreted? If the story of the Tower of Babel was a true account of the origin of languages, why was god mad at people seeking glory through tall structures and decided to intervene then but does nothing with all the skyscrapers today and is even ok with space exploration?
CrohnsFeces Says:
Jan 23, 2009 - Fail.
j3rdog Says:
Feb 24, 2009 - yea ..whenever there's a verse that's a problem it was only intended for the specific people he was speaking to..but whenever theirs a verse you like..well then he was speaking about everyone!..lol
DancingRabbit52 Says:
Mar 8, 2009 - Sooo, anything that you don't like or that seems a bit extreme you just discount as being metaphoric language or not addressed to people today. Nice.
Biginitiald Says:
Mar 10, 2009 - The points you put across are as closed minded as you are. Both sides were taken out of context. the fact that the bible was written for that time period and in todays day and age, which would not be the way it is without people who choose to disobey gods commandments. If you were a good and true christian then you would live as the Amish. Without the luxuries of the modern and corrupt world. You fail as a true christian and as a rational and intelligent person HardcoreChristian = Close Mind
pctopgs Says:
Mar 14, 2009 - So you are saying that anyone can interpret the bible as figurative they want?
CartCollector Says:
Mar 29, 2009 - Phail.
TheLORDismySheperd1 Says:
Mar 30, 2009 - Lol, I was cracking up on both videos! His was lame funny, yours was good funny :) Good job! A+
xMADD1x Says:
Apr 10, 2009 - If you tell a christian to "kill their children", they take offense. However, if their bible does the same, they instead think "Oh no, it definitely doesn't mean that!" or "That really means something else!" They are morons.

STROTCH Says:
