Sep 20, 2009 - Whats up with this being in the us?? It's meant to be in the UK! It's like if they would have built the first Disney land in UK instead of US

ManilaCoolCat Says:
Sep 20, 2009 - My bet, the reason is probably the weather. It's always rainy in the UK and it floods there as well. That's why Florida is the ideal place to put theme parks. Its always sunny.

Sep 20, 2009 - I'll only go if I can actually drink at Hog's Head.

Sep 20, 2009 - yea really
ManilaCoolCat Says:
Sep 20, 2009 - I think its not the same way as the UK . Seeming that Disneyland Florida is also there. The problem in UK is when the Thames River's water goes straight to the city's capital during floods and storms.
BLACKXBUTTERFLY97 Says:
Sep 24, 2009 - i soooo want to go there *-*
ParisActor Says:
Sep 24, 2009 - Basically, Universal got the rights to do a Harry Potter section in their theme parks. It's about where would make the most money, not where it should be located, although by rights it should be in the UK. Regardless, it looks like an awesome place!
killpiezero Says:
Sep 24, 2009 - WRONG! UNPLOTABLE!
jokingmirror Says:
Sep 24, 2009 - I'm sorry do you live in Florida? because you've let the media fool you...its not the Sunshine state....it rains here just as often, just as hard..it just rained yesterday, and today, and tomorrow there's a 50% chance of rain...the OBVIOUS reason why its located in Florida is pretty simple, we're a tourist place, Thats our economy system, if everyone stopped visiting, we're screwed... and with the economy being how it is, this new island is gonna be big.
ManilaCoolCat Says:
Sep 25, 2009 - Oh, so the theme parks in Orlando gets flooded like it does in the UK when it rains?
ManilaCoolCat Says:
Sep 25, 2009 - So why the heck they call it the sunshine state in the first place? Weird.

Shubbimama Says:
Sep 16, 2009 - They should make this in Britain! :'(
