You see, Jamaicans, Haitians, Brazilians, Cubans, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, etc., are either black, or have black people within their ethnicity. You see Jethro, there are black Spanish people and black Caribbeans. None of those places are in Africa, hence not all black people are African Americans. They could easily be an American of Haitian descent, Jamaican descent, so-on and so-forth.
