N900 isn't suppose to be a "fix" for the N97.. it's something totally new.. and if you ask the people that aren't even loyal to Nokia.. they will tell you the N900 is a big step to the better for Nokia.. Because they are finally dumping the s60 for the high-end and now going to use Maemo which IMO than any OS currently available..

I'm having to sync with my N95 and then transfer the calendar data between my N95 and my N97. Up until now, I have decided against getting an iPhone because of the lack of Flash support, but my next phone will be an iPhone. Bye, bye Nokia. You should have tried harder.

Oct 27, 2009 - I am and always will be a loyal nokia fan. yes I've got a N97 and yes I've got all the problems that come with it but give them chance they delayed it for months fixing problems but if they delayed it even longer people would have got sick of waiting and gone else where anyway. It was a risk releasing it when they did but at least they are still trying to fix it. So i am still loyal and will be in 14 months time when this contract ends and ill get another nokia then too.

I'll be buying the n900 but will probably get rid of it again. Not really down with the thumbnail/stylus navigation. One last chance nokia!

Oct 27, 2009 - People should stop supporting hardware like a football team. I had the N95, it totally smashed the opposition 2 years ago, then I got the 5800, and it was worse, but 2 years newer??? Same operating system as the N97! I'm now back on my N95 and don't feel like I've lost out. I'll be going to an Android phone next, heard good things about the HTC Hero, that's progress, not same old same old symbian. S60 is so 2003.

Nov 15, 2009 - I fell for the N97 coming from a Blackberry Bold 9000. It was okay at first, till i started using it more.. I've already pre-ordered my N900 after doing lots more research into its software than I initially did with the N97. Once I get my new phone, i'll sell the other.
