Nov 13, 2009 - One also must take into consideration that it is a war. War doesn't take 3 or 4 years. Look at history. War is something that takes years and years. Plus this is a new type of warfare that the United States is not used to. There are no defined lines or boarders between us and the enemy. Overall it's a very complicated thing.
