Books: Lots of them...but currently, I'm reading, word for word, Sarah by JT Leroy (well, really by author Laura Albert who pretended she was a teenage male prostitute who happened to be a tranny), really compelling read!
Movies: Well, go to my website, www.mannythemovieguy.com, for a complete list of my favorite films! Shows? I still love Heroes, a big fan of Buffy, and would loooove to be part of Amazing Race :)
Music: I'm pretty much an alternative rock dude...but in pop? Only one queen, and her name is Madonna :)
Hobbies: Watching great flicks, and really trashy TV!!!
I have always had a passion for movies. I started my critical love for film criticism working for my school newspaper in Purdue University. Upon graduation, I was offered full-scholarship to complete his Post-Baccalaureate degree in Film at the School of the Arts Institute in Chicago. Currently, I'm a member of the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) and the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) where I vote for the yearly Critics Choice Awards. I'm an Emmy-award winning film critic based in Palm Springs, California. I'm a radio, newspaper, and TV personality who melts everyone's hearts with my giggles, I think.Videos (343)
